Our Story
About Us
A community of independent therapists who believe you deserve to feel safe the moment you walk in the door.
Meet the Founder
Michelle's Vision for a Better Way
Michelle Zapotoski · Founder & Owner · Licensed Professional Counselor
I started TheraSuites because I wanted to create a collaborative, professional environment where clinicians can grow their private practices without feeling like they’re doing it alone.
I also wanted to build a community where mental health professionals support one another, develop strong referral relationships, and collaborate instead of competing for clients. Beyond providing office space, TheraSuites is designed to foster connection through workshops, consultation opportunities, and shared learning.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower clinicians to build thriving practices while strengthening the mental health community as a whole.
Our Mission

TheraSuites is creating an accessible, highly skilled space that normalizes caring for mental health.

A More Personal Starting Point
Grace Can Help Narrow the List
You do not need to know exactly what kind of therapist you are looking for. Share a few practical preferences, and Grace can pass your request to a therapist who may be a good fit.
The matching request asks only for contact information and practical preferences. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, or emergency information.
Tell Grace what matters for insurance, in-person or virtual sessions, scheduling, and any therapist preferences you already know.
02
Receive a Shorter List
Grace reviews the current TheraSuites profiles and identifies the therapists who are most likely to match those needs.
03
Connect With a Therapist
You choose who feels right to contact. The therapist follows up directly about fit, availability, and next steps.
Client Scheduling
Continue to Grace’s Client Form
Grace created this form so TheraSuites can learn about your needs, scheduling, insurance, and provider preferences.
The form opens in Google Forms and is managed by TheraSuites. It is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
Grace can help you take the next step without asking you to figure everything out first.

This policy covers this website and its contact paths. It does not replace the privacy notices, clinical paperwork, or confidentiality practices of any independent therapist.
What this policy covers
TheraSuites Counseling (“TheraSuites,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses this website to share information about the TheraSuites facility and independent therapists who may practice there. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact TheraSuites by email, phone, or the client form linked from this website, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, insurance, scheduling preferences, and provider preferences. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers, payment information, or emergency information through this website, the client form, or email.
Technical information
Our website host may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs. The current website does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools to track visitors across websites.
How information is used
We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, help direct a request to an appropriate next step, operate and protect the website, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the website and to operate the client form and email, including Netlify and Google services. Information is shared only as needed to operate those services, respond to a request, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Independent therapists are responsible for their own clinical services, records, and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain website inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Informational website only

No therapist-client relationship
Using this website, browsing therapist profiles, or contacting TheraSuites does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship begins only when you and an individual therapist agree to it through that therapist’s own process.
Independent practitioners
Therapists listed on this website practice independently within the TheraSuites facility. TheraSuites does not provide therapy services directly and does not control an individual therapist’s professional services, availability, fees, insurance participation, or clinical decisions.
